I have an addiction to this sculpture. I can’t pass it without taking a photo (or ten).

I’m not afraid to admit I’m a wee bit obsessed with the Multiverse sculpture at the National Gallery of Art. Today was the first time I’ve taken time to enjoy it from a different angle, however.
Today I decided to walk to the Hirshhorn at lunch to see what was new. Finding Ai Weiwei’s Cube Light was worth braving the cold walk to get there.
I kinda love this light sculpture at the Hirshhorn.
I spent some time at the American Art Museum this afternoon after work. I hadn’t been there in a long time. It was nice to visit again.

Last Thursday I had the opportunity to check out a special sneak preview of the Geckos: Tails to Toepads exhibit at the National Geographic Museum. Who knew geckos were so darned cute? (Some of them, anyhow.) I plan to post more photos here over the coming weeks, but if you’d like to see some others, check out my Geckos: Tails to Toepads set on Flickr.
